Terms & Conditions — Wajad

Introduction

By using Wajad, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for operational and marketing purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable Personal Data Protection Law in Saudi Arabia. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction.

1. License to Use

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in Wajad and the material on it. All these intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download, save information, and print pages from Wajad for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions. Users under the age of 18 must not use the platform without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not:

10. Refund Policy

Once payment is made and subscription with Wajad is completed, there is no refund or reimbursement for the subscribed period.

If you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including:

• Suspending your access to Wajad
• Prohibiting you from accessing it
• Blocking computers using your IP address from accessing Wajad
• Contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to Wajad
• Bringing legal proceedings against you

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render these terms and conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

14. Early Bird Plans

If you are subscribed to an Early Bird plan, you benefit from promotional pricing and/or additional features that may not be available in future plans. As long as you continue to renew your subscription, this plan may remain available to you. However, some features may be limited or unavailable in the future. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the Early Bird plan in line with platform developments and operational requirements.
